i agreed to receive a trial sample of Acai XL for 3.95.
later, i noticed a $87.13 charge to my credit card which i did not authorize. My cc holder called me about the charge and asked me if I had authorized this charge and I said no. The credit card company closed my acct and reissued another card with a different number, but guess what? I was still charged the 87.13 and have no way to remedy the situation as I don't have the old card number and FWM labs tell me that they don't have a charge to my new cc no.
Brother, I guess as the POstal Service says, If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

i was looking up my bank account online and noticed there were charges on my bank account that i did not authorize. i had contacted this company and was told that someone had used my debit card information to purchase an online item. i had never heard of this company before. i had also told them about the other two charges on my account that they say were for shipping and handling and they say they will not refund my account for those two charges. i was wondering if there is anything i can do about that and who should i contact.

please contact me if there is anything that you know of that i may be able to do about it. i had already contacted my bank as well and they are looking into it. what else can i do?

I am hoping to provide some assistance with regards to this scam. I too have been a victim of this company and am still in the process of fixing the whole mess. FWM is a very bad thing.

I ordered a trial of ACAIBURN from the website (acaiburn.com) and received a order confirmation via email.
Few days later, received an envelope with NOTHING in it except for a bottle that now says Acai Berry Detox. For starters, this is not the bottle i saw on the site and the wrong name and was billed with all the multiple charges including foreign transaction fees within 2 days of receiving the trial stuff. I called the Acai burn company and got someone right away but they said, they have not shipped me anything yet because of address issues and when i checked the order cofm, it had the wrong address and then a rep said that i was not the first and they found out from their IT that their system was being tapped into and it automatically overrides into FMW when you order. FWM is so sneaky that they actually modify the address( i confirmed this because i saved my initial order request and everything was correct)on Acai burn and keep the correct address for themselves.
I called my bank immediately and i dealt with claims department.
Here's is what you have to do especially for WAMU customers
Call your bank( for WAMU 1800-533-0541<, there are aware of this scam)
Report and get your claim number
Money will be deposited within 5 business day(again WAMU, every bank had different policies)
You will receive a letter in the mail requesting more information to support your claims)
Print all these complains and your order receipt and fax it to them, make a copy for yourself and mail the hard copy.
Check your bank antivity everyday for as logn a syou can because these creeps have your info
If you get charged again illegally, repeat the process above but this time, just cancel your account, it' s royal pain but worth the peace of mind.
Good luck everyone and in future, call a company directly to place an orderinstead of the internet in fear of hackers.

I received Acai Berry Sample in November. I never heard anything from them again until I received another bottle at the end of December. I called since I had not ordered this bottle and upon opening my credit card bill found that I had been billed for two other bottles which I never received. I was told I would receive a cancellation and confirmation about crediting my credit card account in 24-48 hours. I never received anything. I called again and all they would say was that my account was cancelled and they gave me an email address for the billing department. It has now been 48 hours and I haven't heard a word.
