My wife ask for a 'free trial' and charged for the product - I called and canceled. A few days later a different product whowed up from different shipping address - I called and canceled that too. I expect both charges will apprear on my credit card which I will dispute. This company is a 'rip off'.

This company is incredible. I ordered Acail Berry in February 2009. I waited for 3 weeks before calling as I never receved it. I was told tht it would be sent out again with apology. Silly me I believed her. Called again on ALril 1, 2009. When I finally spoke with a Representative she stated tht she was "sorry" and promised to "check into it". Called again beginning of May as I still do not have anything. Opened my credit cared bill on April 21st and had been charged 87.13!!! Never authorized any charge nor gave permission for this. Was on the phone fo 25 minutes with 2 reps, one of whom calimed to be a supervisor...doubt it and none of them spoke clear English so it was difficult from the start. Not understanding that I never received any product or gave permission for charges. kept repeating that it was shipped on April 1st. Called credit card company and am haveing the charges reversed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are not honest.
