I signed up for a special promotion they had in February called Breakthrough Profit Creation. I received confirmation on Feb 15 and had 30 days if I didn't want to continue. This was an affiliate offer through easytechvideos.com and when I emailed them to cancel was told to contact Clickbank. I emailed and cancelled but have subsequently discovered that it never went through them but directly through FX Marketing.
I have never been able to find out who they and did not figure it out until I received a CD from them in July. I thought it was an error until in August I saw the bill on my CC and also received an email notice of upcoming payment. I contacted them since I now had an email address to work with and was told I was too late, no refunds allowed but I wouldn't receive another bill.

In September the same thing happened with the same result.

Today (10/15/2009) I received another statement of upcoming bill and contacted them immediately. They confirmed that I should not be billed but still refuse to refund me anything. I have faxed them copies of all the emails I was able to find referring to this matter, going back to Feb and Mar.

Can you tell me what recourse I have here?
