unauthorized bank card charge
I submitted an online free trial of their acai berry diet supplement which (supossedly) only required a payment of five dollars ($5.00) for shipping and handling. However, I receieved a first bottle without a receit and without any material regarding the cancellation of any future orders. However, an unauthorized charge of $79.95 was also placed on my charge card. A short time later I recieved two more UNWANTED bottles of this product, also without a receipt.
How should I go about returning these unwanted items and getting my charge card properly credited with their return?

I was charged $79.95 for a product never received and without permission my account was charged for it.

unauthorized charges to my account
THIS COMPANY HAS UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE MY ACCOUNT FOR PRODUCTS THAT I HADN'T RECIVIED.
I EVEN TRIED TO CANCEL MY ORDER THROUGH EMAIL AND I EVEN TRIED TO PHONE THEM WITH NO SUCESS.
THIS COMPANY GAVE OUT TELEPHONE NUMBERS THAT DON'T WORK.

Charged Debit card without permission
I ordered a free bottle of Acai Maxx and was told that they will only charge me for shipping. I've had a charge of $79.95 put on my debit card. These people are crooks and need to be stopped. Please let me know how to stop them from charging me again in the future.

I submitted for a free trail of acai berry only to pay shipping and handling. the product was sent without a receit and my bank card was charged $79.95 unauthorized. I got the informatiom from acaiberrymax.com site. How do I process to get my money back. thanks

Rip OFF
This is not right. I ordered the Acai Berry max for 5.95 and they charged my account 79.95 with out my knowledge or permission. They won't answer their phones and it looks like they are doing this to a lot of people. When is someone going to stop them? Please help>

$a false charge of $79.95 to my bank account
Went on line to purchase Acai Berry tablets for weight loss. They show a free trial in the amount of $5.95 for myself and my daughter. Those fees were drawn on my account on 11/07/2008. Today 11/25/2008 I went to check my account balance and noticed a deduction to FX Suplement for $79.95. This withdrawl was not authorized to them. My husband recently lost his job and every penny is accounted for. These people had no right to withdrawl an authorized amount of money from my account. I do have copies of their confirmation for both purchases at $5.95. Please help me to recover my money and stop these awful people from stealing from innocent people. I hope justice will prevail.

Unauthorized charges on my credit card
Along with every other complaint on here, I ordered the free trial, never received it and now my card is being charged $79.95 for an unauthorized shipment.
