they just keep charging
Please help. This company keeps charging me for supplements that they do not send me. I sent for a trial size of this supplement, didn't like it and have been trying to stop them since for billing my credit card every month. Please tell me what to do about them. I am trying to report them for fraud. I called my credit card company and they tell me that they will stop these charges but every month there they are again and here I am reporting them again.

Acai Berry Maxx
I order the free trial on November 10, 2008 and did not recieve the product until the ending of the month. They charged me the Shipping charge on the date of the order and two weeks later was charged $79.95 which was after the trial period expired. I sent several emails to the company and never recieved a response from them. I also called and left voice messages for a call back and no one ever returned the call. This morning to my surprise there was another charge to my credit card and I have not recieved the product. So once again I found myself trying to contact the company once again...and guess what? The number actually worked and I got to speak to an actual person.
There is hope at the end of the tunnel if we all remain persistant. If you type in FXSUPPLEMENTS.COM the site has a customer service link. Or if you chose to call 1-866-851-2281 continue to hold on the line. After 10 minutes of holding I got sent to leave a message center but I hung up and called right back and waited for someone to actually answer. Hopefully the company will do as they said they would and cancel any future orders and refund what I've already been charged. I'll check back in a few days and keep this website updated.

a bogus charge of $79.95
I ordered a acai supplement for $5.95. There was no hidden charge or any second charge due. When I called to complain about the charge to my credit card, I couldn't get through. I was not able to log on to their website either. Please look into this obvious scam. I am not the only one this is happening to. Thank you

Unauthorized billing
On November 14, 2008 I also saw the advertisement using Oprah Winfrey's name recommending their product, a free trial all you have to do is pay shipping, there was no other page stating any agreement whatsoever on this site, just try it and you'll love it and want to buy more is all it said. After ordering the free trial the page sent me to another offer of a free trial recommended to go with the Accaiberry Maxx, and this was Total Cleanse for the same $5.95 for a free trial and no obligation, this I also decided to try. I was charged for both products on 11/10. On November 14th I received the free bottle of Total Cleanse, I waited and waited for the other bottle to arrive, Tried calling their so called 'Customer Service Number', the first time an associate told me that their 'system' was down so he could not access my order and told me to call later, I did this every day for a week I called and got voice mail, telling me to leave a message and that they would return my call within 24 hours, after a week of this and me e-mailing them telling them that I never received my free trial and wanted a refund of the $5.95 shipping.
After all this and still no response I was infuriated when I then saw they had charged my account for $78. I could not believe that they could get away with this, I tried every way possible to reach them and they will not respond. I have refused all future deliveries from them and had them return to sender because I saw then that this was fraud. I contacted my bank and before they could close my account they have managed to charge me over $400.00 in all! This is an outrage! Accaiberry finally responded to me 2 days ago, directed me to a site where they have 'live chat' customer service, this was a total joke. The associate went in circles and ignored everything I said, including that within 10 days of my purchase I made a dozen attempts to contact both places to tell them what a scam it was and they made it impossible for anyone to cancel anything. I hope there is a class action suit against them, I can't believe that our gov't can let a company outright steal from its hard working citizens in this way! I have none of their product and they still took my money. If anything I would thing that Oprah Winfrey would be outraged that they are using her name to rip people off!

Unauthorized billing
If any of you have ordered Acai Berry through FX Supplements and cannot get anyone to talk to then try this number - 1 866 851 2281. It is a message center for that company and I have told them that I will start legal proceedings immediately if I do not hear from them by Monday. If enough people leave this message then we might get somewhere. I paid $5.95 shipping and handling and then a couple of days later $79.95 was taken from my account as well. I have been unable to contact them through email or phone. This was supposed to be a trial offer.

Unauthorized billing
I ordered a free trial of Acai Berry Maxx from FX Supplements and they were authorized to charge me $5.95 for S&H. They have now charged me $79.95. I did receive the product, but can't get anyone from FX to call or email me back. I want to send back the product and get my money back because I am NOT paying $80 for a supplement that I don't even know if it will work!

Unauthorized billing
Fx Supplements charged my account for the shipping on 'free' trials for the acai berry pill and cleanse pill, I only received 1/2 of what I was charged for. I left multiple messages on the voicemail available - but never received a call back. I tried to email a cancellation to the address provided on the recorded message that answers the 888 number and it was returned as undeliverable.
I have not yet been charged the approximately $80.00 each that I can't cancel, but if I am; I live in the Arlington area and will be trying to find the address listed on the website to see if I can get answers in person.
