Unauthorized billing
On Oct. 6, 2008, I ordered a free sample of Acai for $5.95. I waited for about 2 weeks and when I heard nothing, I began to call their numbers which were never available. I wrote them E-mails which were never answered.

I then called my Credit Card company because the $5.95 was charged almost immediately. I told them what had happened and put the amount into dispute. The amount seemed unimportant and I just thought I had been ripped off.

About three weeks went by and I received a bottle of capsules, supposedly a month's supply. In checking out my Credit Card statement, I found a charge of $79.95 from this company and was dumbfounded. I called the credit card company again, and upon investigating the matter, the representative's told me that on the order for the free supply, there was a thing called Terms and Conditions in very fine print at the bottom of the page, where if I did not return the capsules within 10 days, I would be billed $79.95.

Obviously, I had never read this fine print. At any rate, any attempt on my part to call or write E-mails met with silence. The credit card company told me that I would have to pay the $79.95. Now my brother called me this morning to tell me that he had read on the internet that they would be billing me monthly for this product.

I am outraged and will thank you for anything you can do to help me with this matter. I am going to try to reach them again but it is now the weekend and so they are 'closed'. Even when I have tried to reach them during their office hours, the numbers do not work.

Unauthorized billing
I ordered acai berry maxx off the internet and never received my free trial bottle. paid $5.95 s&h. Called numerous times and also emailed them without any luck. This is a total scam! Lucky, only the s&h charge was the only charge so far had i waited I'm sure I've would've been taken for more. contacted my bank to stop any future authorizations from coming through and the only way was to cancel my visa debit card. Wish that i found this website before ordering and saved myself one big headache.

I too have been had!
I ordered the 14 day trial, and have now been charged almost 90.00. I did receive two bottles of the Acai berry, but cannot find a telephone number to call and the website on the bottle is a bad link. I need to find out how to cancel this!!

Unauthorized charges
Ordered a trial sample of this supplement and was not happy with product. I continue to have unauthorized charge to credit card and am not able to cancel order as the phone number listed keeps ringing and does not allow an option to speak with anyone. I am not able to cancel order and never authorized to send additional supply of FX supplement.
This is a scam! Thank you. S Smith

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
This company is a total FRAUD! I have tried calling to find out why they charged my credit card for $86 and all I get is a recording that keeps repeating itself. "Press 2 for all other issues" so I press 2 and it comes right back to the "Press 2..." Nobody will answer the phone. I am disputing this with the credit card company and filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney General!! I encourage all other VICTIMS to file a comlaint with the Texas Attorney General as well!

Unauthorized charges
They were unauthorized to remove 86.53 from my bank account and there was not terms and conditions to say they were going to. They can't say they did because several other people are saying the same thing.

Overcharge scam
I ordered a free trial for 5.95 and 10 days later, they charged my debit card 79.95. I went back and read the entire page on the free trial and noticed they indicate they will automatically send you refills so I sent the required cancellation email notice and figured my bad for not reading the small print and 79.95 was down the tubes for something I did not want. That was on Dec 15, then on Dec 17, 2 days later, I was hit again with 85.90. I have tried calling and cannot get anyone on the phone. I have left about 6 messages and no one will call me back. I had to cancel my debit card for fear they would continue to hit my account. This is a scam!!!

Unauthorized charges
Don't give these people a chance to rip you off. They will send a sample or a 'trial' which is designed to get your credit card and start sending you acai berry pills at an outrageous price. You will not get enough time to evaluate the sample and even if you do, you cannot reach them to get them to stop the shipment. Their phone number is always busy and they do not answer the emails you send to cancel the order.

Their web site indicates that they are in Arlington TX. However, nobody answers mail to that site or responds in any way to follow through with your complaint. The only way to get this stopped is to call your credit card company but if you have received the shipment, you will have to pay the $85 for the first shipment. They got you!

However, if you tell your credit card company that you have not received the shipment you may be able to get them to reverse the charge. Good Luck.

no return policy or documentation in shipping order
I signed up for a 14 day trial of Acai Berry Maxx. I immediately had misgivings and cancelled same day on line. A month later I got a bottle of these pills, with no paperwork inside on how to return, no shipping info, nothing. It says in their policy agreement that you have to pay for the whole thing if you do not respond within 14 days of order...but I didnt even get the package for a month. Also, by "accepting" the free trial you are automatically enrolled in their Renewal Program if you dont cancel within 14 days of placing the trial order. This is a major scam.

over charge
False information. I was told I could get my product for 5.79 but I looked at my credit card bill and I was charged 79.95. I noticed another complaint for the same problem. Buyers beware of these people.
