unauthorize use of credit card
I paid $5.95 for shipping and handling for a free supply trial offer. I never authorize use of my credit card for monthly supplies. No fine print stating monthly shipments. No paper work came with. Then next month got charged $79.95 for a shipment which I didn't authorize or received... Canceled my credit card to make sure it doesn't happen again.

overcharge and continue charging
I ordered online a product, they overcharged my account by $30.00, then
added another charge of 85.90 without me asking for or ordering anything.
When trying to call the customer service line, the wait is 41 min.

billing to my card
I too was scamed by this company, had several charges on my card in a total amount of about 180.00 dollar just at christmas time.I have yet to talk or receive a cancellation e-mail back from this company.I just cancelled my card, but now I have to pay 20.00 to have another card sent to me by rush order and wait 23 days to receive it.So this company has cost me a total of 2oo.00 and a lot grief.All I wanted was a little help with those few extra pounds.

unable to reach anyone to cancel
I ordered the acaiberrymax produc on a free trial and cannaot cancel this.
co not want to be receiving anymore product. I did receive one bottle. Do not send me anymore and please cancel immediagely.

FRAUD
I ORDERED ONE BOTTLE ON A FREE TRIAL BASIS FOR 30 DAYS AT A COST OF $5.95, I PAID WITH MY DEBIT CARD. IT TOOK 3 WEEKS TO ARRIVE (WITH NO RECEIPT NOR INFORMATIONAL MATERIAL REGARDING THE PRODUCT). WITHIN 3 WEEKS THEY (TXUS) CHARGED AN UNAUTHORIZED $79.95 DOLLAR PAYMENT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT.
THE ADVERTISMENT ON THE INTERNET STATED THE COST WOULD BE $39.95 FOR THE BOTTLE, NOT $79.95...DOROTHY

FRAUD
I signed up for a trial of Acai Berry and Total Cleanse. I never received the Acai Berry but my account was changed $5.95 for each product. On 11/26 my account was debited $79.95. This company is a scan and I will not be taken for my money lightly. It is a shame people can be so ruthless.

I order a trial bottle of Arci Berry and agreed to pay the shipping and handle of $5.95. This was 11/07/08. Then on 11/17/08 they charged my credit card $79.95 which I did not authorize.
