can't cancel
Charging my credit card and I can't reach them through e-mail or address or phone to cancel. I can't afford $90.00 a month for something I don't want. I am going to my bank to cancel credit card tomorrow.

Unauthorized charges
I read the advertisement on the internet and figured if it had been promoted on Oprah and used by stars (who were pictured) it was legitimate. How wrong!
I received the first bottle, which was supposed to be the free trial offer, after several weeks. The web site says that you will receive the next bottle if you don't return the trial bottle within 14 days. I did not receive the 2nd bottle until the first bottle was completely gone which was more than 14 days.
However, I had sent to email messages to the address given in the confirmation requesting to change the credit card information I had submitted. I did not receive a response to either message. In the meantime, I receive a package with two (2) bottles of the product. I haven't received my bill yet, but I am sure I was charged for two bottles, when I was told I would receive one.
I then tried to call the 800 number on the confirmation and was told that it was an invalid number. I sent a third email message requesting an cancellation of my order.
Although I have not opened the package yet, I am reluctant to return it after reviewing all of the ripoff reports in fear that I will still be charged and not have a product either.
Very frustrated!

Unauthorized billing
Several week ago, I ordered a free sample of Acai Berry caps with a charge of $5.95, which I never did receive. Tonight, (11-23-08) I noticed I have a charge of $79.95 pending from FXsupplements. Telephone calls have produced no results, nor satisfaction. I have noticed that there are several complaints lodged against this company for the same erroneous charge.
I am 72 years old and can not afford this kind of rip off. I am through ordering from the internet.

Unauthorized charges
I ordered the acaiberry maxx free trial offer three weeks ago and also the total cleanse and did not receive the total cleanse. I tried over and over calling them, they leave you on hold for hours and never pick up. So on dec.8, 2008 I called again and i got the answering service person and he gave me a web site that would not pull up. I am being charge 79.95 extra and didn't know there was going to be a additional charge and to top it off the product doesn't even work. There should be a way for me to get in touch with these people so i could discuss this matter.

Scam
Do NOT do business with this company. They have charged my credit card twice for vitamin supplements I never received. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company, and may end up having to cancel my current credit card and open a new one to stop this from reoccuring.

taking money from my debit card without permission from me
I ordered a "free trial" of aciaberry max. In November fxsupplements took $79.95 off my debit card and now in Dec them have take $82.95. I have received NO products nor did I authorize this company to take anything from my card. I have called several times to have this money returned to my account but no one has called me back nor can I follow their instructions on going to their webpage of [email protected]
