The Cd/dvd store FYE is continuing to withdrawal 9.99 from my account every month. It was supposed to be a one time thing. how do I stop this. I dont see a place to do it on their website. Email address is [email protected]

unauthorized, unexplainable monthly charges on credit card

I was in FYE at MacArthur mall with my boyfriend and his 14-yr-old sister, and we saw a Justin Bieber display at the front. We all hate Justin Bieber, just like everyone else, and there were three pillows with his face on it. The sister kicked one of them, and I just turned them over so his face would be concealed.
A short, dyed-red haired woman with few piercings (looked like she was in her 40's) said, "Don't turn those over (because that means she had to turn them back over)" The hell? It's not like I completely defaced the display. All I touched was a few pillows. Isn't shopping about looking and touching?
She never greeted us, or asked us if we needed anything (meaning before the pillow thing), but she did with everyone else. I was insulted and angered. So, I made it a point for her to hear me call her the b word and my boyfriend and I walked by FYE a few times, flipping her off.
The only thing I did was filed a complaint within the main desk at the mall. I wish I had caught her name so I could have given details.
I typically don't go into FYE because I don't buy anything in there, but thanks to being treated like crap, I will never go into the FYE at MacArthur Mall ever again, unless that woman is gone.
The FYE at Greenbrier Mall is friendly though. very helpful workers in there, who hate Justin Bieber. :)

About five months ago... I signed up for the VIP membership at FYE music store in the mall and they made it sound so easy. They said the first month is free. after the first two months you get at $20 gift card... after the first few months it costs $11.99 for the monthly fee. ok ok... sounds easy right. Well first of all the 10% discount on all purchases isnt worth it. you need to spend about $120 dollars in the store to make the in store discount even worth it, which isnt even worth it lol. i figured i would try it out for at least a couple months and in the end i would at least get a $20 gift card, which i didnt even get!! well... i dont shop at FYE very often maybe once or twice a month. so i decided i would close my account there. i thought it would be easy to close... but they dont let you close your account in the store. well i lost my membership card... and they said it would cost 6 weeks to get a new card. but you need to have your membership number to close your account over the phone...which i didnt have the membership number because it was on my card. which i had to go online to find the phone number to the company. they dont have an option online to close your VIP account. so i called the number and talked to someone who barely spoke english... and told her i wanted to close my account... I SAID NO when she asked if i wanted to keep my membership for a lower fee... i clearly said NO. and i found a month later they charged me 9.99 on my debit card... they over drew my account with out my permission... my bank then charged me 35 for the overdraft fee... it wasnt even worth it. all that hassel... not worth the time

I went to FYE recently to buy a movie. No big deal. He asked me if I wanted to join a FREE (stressed the ""Free") club to get 10% off my order. I figured it was like a Stop and Shop card, buy some stuff, get a discount, get points, etc.
Nope. Apparently it's only free to sign up. They'll charge you 11.99 every month. And you CAN'T opt out before they charge you (They literally would not let me). I did not come to find out about this until today, as they charged me YESTERDAY (more than a month after my purchase, roughly a month after I complained).

Not only am I going through my receipts to return whatever I bought from them, I am never returning to shop there, AND I am going to demand a charge back on my account.
