I'm sorely disappointed at the fact that I am recieving, on a constant basis, only 170kbs on my 4mbit connection. I've tried at various times - day and night - and it seems like my downloads never go higher than 170kbs. I am even using a download accelerator which makes multiple connections to the download source and segments the download in parallel.

I switch over to my IS account and I get the full 4mbit to the same site [Hidden Web Address] Its not my line. Its the account.
