Took over payments on motorcyle offered payoff on account they accepted payoff 2875.00 taken from my checking acct then 2 weeks later the other party filed bankruptcy they held title til bankruptcy was discharged. I called again now they want the balance on the acct before they will release title. They make up there own laws

i had sent a check for my credit card payment. i called to make sure it had been credited to my account, they said no it had not. so i made a payment over the phone which, they charged a fee to do. after i finished the transaction over the phone i call the bank . they said my check had cleared. i called g e back and asked for a refund for my payment by phone. of course they refused. my payment should have been credited to my account when they received their money.

I have a Lowes Platinum card issued by GE Money Bank good thru 03/2012. Sometime in the last year they lowered my limit from 3000.00 to 720.00. I have paid this card in full every month, since 2003 when I opened the account. Even though there was no reason for them to lower the limit I did not really care since I never charged more than the limit in one month and I paid it off each month.

Today when I went to buy some groceries at Wal-Mart they told me that the card had been declined. I came right home and accessed my account on line and the screen said that the account was closed. I called the 800 number and the representative told me that they review their accounts every so often and this was a business decision to close my account and that I would be getting a letter in a few days telling me such. I guess GE Money Bank was afraid that I would charge up the whole $720.00 and then not pay it. You are a sad company GE Money Bank...but that is okay Discover card loves me.

Mom pd for hearing aide, , sent copies of bank stm and to no avail constant harrassing phone calls and she now is in collections very frustrating since we have made numerous attempts with copies of bank info and mailings certified.

I can not believe that G E Monay Bank issued a credit card to a student that has NO money. Yes, it's the students fault for applying for the credit card but G E Money Bank should not have issued a card to this student. He lives on student loans and thinks that when he gets the loan he can pay the card off. He doesn't know IF he's getting the loan. Either he lied or you guys are money hungry nuts. Try and get the money when their isn't any!!!
