I have been charged late fees each month for making my payments in ADVANCE!!

NEVER GET A CARE CREDIT CARD THROUGH G E MONEY!! OR ANY card for that matter!!!please trust me!They have been nothing but rude and unruly and will not assist me with ANY of the problems THEY have caused me!i opened the card with them over this summer in June. I was having problems setting the account up to make free payments online so my first payment i made on the phone (which they informed me AFTER they put the payment through my account they charged me 15$ fee for phone payment) so i asked for assistance to set up an online account.They gave me a # for that and i never did get through to a actual person so i called the other # back and they said all i could do was keep trying to call back(which did not help me at all)!i asked if he could transfer me or if i could talk to management and he said no.( a person who did not speak any English and could barely understand me!) second encounter~ i made my payment over the phone(still having trouble with the website i have no checks to send) and they told me since i paid 40$ on it instead of 20$ it was okay to not make a payment the next month.SURE ENOUGH they charged me a late fee the next month when i made no payment!!!I FINALLY talked to a manager and i gave him the name of the person i had spoken to making my last payment and he said there was nothing he could do.i wanted a refund for the late fee they charged and he refused to give me one and argued with me taking to me like a dog!i was in tears. last month i finally set up an online account and put all my info in their website.I called GE money on the 7th of this month which was when my payment is supposed to be due! i even called twice with my best friend as a witness and both customer service representatives told me my payment had been taken out according to their system. I of course wanted to avoid another fraudulent late fee. they gave me one anyway even though the associates TOLD ME they took the payment out!!when i called this time they told me i entered the wrong bank account #.which i checked my bank and it is NOT WRONG! i have paid at least 80$ in LATE FEES so far if not more!i have a master card coming in the mail since that is the only card i can my me balance off with. i would rather pay high interest rates than deal with them anymore! i will get a lawyer involved if i have one more issue with them before i pay my balance off! don't get their cards!!!

terrible people to do business with, customer service is little to none, very! nasty!

I just wanted a letter of satification that the loan was paid in full, never has happened, and cant get a title without it, They just dont care
