Dear Sir,
We have used the 0416-4201113 land line (Airtel) phone with broadband past 4 years. Still we can't maintain any balance amount to Airtel accounts. Now-a-days we cant get proper responses from the Airtel customer services. example 17-05-2010 to 24-05-2010 our telephone comes under the not reachable position.
We had a continuous follow up the airtel customer care, there is no use or no prompt responses. In the period of no use of our landline and broadband, we have spent multiple hundred of money to sent the data to our customer.
Now, we have expected your prompt responses with the waiver of current month bill.
