After repeated telephone calls to make vacation arrangements, I finally gave up because I was put on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes the first two times I called. After filing a complaint, someone from Spirit Incentives called me. Once again, when I tried to get back to Spirit Incentives, I was put on hold... I finally hung up.

I will NEVER EVER use Spirit Incentives again!!!
