I own a powerleveling company. I sold 5 accounts to ga-sale, all level 60. They said they would pay within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, they had only paid for one account. I did end up changing the passwords/info for the remaining 4 accounts, but it was an annoyance that should not have happened.

They are located in Beijing. They will lie about that. They first claimed they were in the USA, then Hong Kong, then finally admitted to China.

I have no problem dealing with Chinese companies, but was annoyed that they claimed they would pay, and did not.
