Sent payment, but never received item
I order Spiderman game for PSP. Sent payment, but never received item. Tried to contact through phone, but no reply at all. Never order any thing from this site. It is 100% fraud. I want to give zero rating for this site, but there is no option.

Stay away from this site, total fraud
I ordered a dock extender. My credit card was charged within 24 hours... they sent a ship notification, which for three weeks now, has shown no activity. Total Fraud. Stay away from this site.

iphone dock extender
Holy sheet! I finally received my iphone dock extender 2 weeks ago and it actually works. 5/24 got a email from stamps.com saying that the package was shipped on 5/24 and should received it in 1-3 days. 5/24 received another email stating that the package was mailed the day after (4/27) I ordered it but it was delivered back to them and marked undeliverable. The email stated:"We are a small family run business and customer service is our top priority". They repackaged & remailed w/ tracking (never got info from tracking #) and they were so gracious to offer a set of superior earphones w/ a integrated mic!

Have not recieved item going on 4 weeks
Same as many of the other complaints on gadgetboost.com... I ordered a replacement charger cable for an Ipod on May 15th. It wasn't until after I sent an email (still no response on email) that i received a "your item has been shipped" notification on May 26th. I received another "your item has been shipped" notification on the 28th of May, still no item. I checked the tracking number that was sent (http://www.stamps.com/shipstatus/submit/?confirmation=9101010521297324276367) and it says the item is sitting in California on June 5th. Today is the 6th. I will continue to monitor tracking and continue to attempt to contact gadgetboost.

I think they are a bunch of scam artists
This "company" is awful!! I think they are a bunch of scam artists. They said they shipped my order which never came and then blamed the whole thing on the post office. After i complained to them they supposedly reshipped the order and gave me some bogus tracking number. I would never order anything from them and I plan to report them to BBB and FTC.

I just want to inform all you guys to beware of GadgetBost.com
I ordered an iPad case for a reasonable price from these guys, paid the item and paid extra cash for 2 day shipping. But I never received the item. hen I ordered, it was mentioned s "in stock", but now it is "out of".
The worst is they sent me an electronic tracking number, but since they did not ship the item, it is just a trick, not an actual shipment.
There is no phone number, and/or e-mail to communicate these guys. Just a message board at their web site, which is useless. I sent several messages through their web system, but never received an answer.
In short, they sold an item, took my money, but did not ship. So basically they scammed me, and since I paid with my debit card, there is no way to take the money back.
Look also other consumer comments on the web about these guys, and you decide before shopping.

Did not ship merchandise & do not respond to phone calls and/or emails
RECOMMEND NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! March 14, 2011, I placed an order and received a confirmation. 1-1/2 weeks later with no shipping information, I emailed them my problem and received an email a few days later saying that it had been shipped; however, there was no confirmation information on my account on the website. Another two weeks go by and no merchandise and my account on their website shows that I have never placed and order with them and have no history. THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS, DO NOT ANSWER EMAIL COMMUNICATION AND WHEN THEY REMOVE YOU FROM THEIR SYSTEM, YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM. I used PayPal to pay so they got their money but did not get my personal information. PayPal is working right now on a claim with this company. I have noticed the exact same problems posted online with several other customers. This company does not post an address on their website and their phone number is an answering machine that only identifies them as a 'Google agent'. They do not use their company name -- that is a huge alert right there along with no address for their business.

Shop at your own risk, and do not expect customer service of any sort
I made an order and paid for it. I discovered later, on my own with my personal efforts and with out any help or notification or communication from the seller, that the item was not even in stock to sell. I wasted few days waiting for an item that did not exist...I would have been happier with some sort of customer service communication. Shop at your own risk, and do not expect customer service of any sort.

Do yourself a favor, and avoid this site like a plague
I first went to this site to purchase one of their Dock Extenders, which is actually a very useful product. That first order supposedly had a delivery error, and they "re-shipped" it to me without an issue. It was only about a week later than I expected, so no big deal.
The company offered me a 30% discount for my next order as an apology, and I used it to order a Sony BDP S360 Blu-Ray player. One full MONTH later, I still haven't received the item nor had any response from the company when I used their site's messaging system, which appeared at the time to be the only way to communicate with the company. It was only after I filed a claim through Paypal that I saw any action, and boy did they act!
The status of the order was changed to "Shipped", they printed a label for the order and sent that tracking info to Paypal, and responded in their message center seven times - SEVEN TIMES. The messages are written in such a way as to appear like legitimate notifications: one states the item was shipped via UPS only a few days after I placed the order; another says that an attempt was made; another says that attempt #2 was made; then attempt #3; and finally that I should call them to resolve the issue.
A few problems with those claims, though:
1) All the messages were generated within 5 minutes of each other, starting only a couple hours after I sent the claim to Paypal. Clearly these messages have been falsified.
2) The tracking information they provided shows that the UPS label was printed today, but that UPS does not yet have the package in their possession.
3) I work from home. I'm here every day during the times UPS would have rang my doorbell. If one delivery attempt was made, much less three, I would have known about it.
Do yourself a favor, and avoid this site like a plague. No matter how this case turns out, I'm either getting my item or getting my money back, and I am never buying from them again.
