3/30/11 Purchased 2 Dynex cables from GadgetBoost.com to use for HDTV installation on 4/7/11 by Direct TV.
3/30/11 GadgetBoost charged my Master Card $34.93
4/3/11 GadgetBoost.com sends e-mail stating "...order #3152 now shipped ...Tracking Number ... USPS Expedite 2-4 Business Days.
4/6/11 No pkg arrives. Post office cannot track it with number provided.
4/6/11 I cancelled Direct TV installation.
4/7-4/13 I called and e-mailed GadgetBoost several times. No answer, no response.
4/11/11 I drove 30 mi RT to Fryes to buy 2 cables.
4/12/11 Direct TV arrives to install new TV.
4/13/11 I cancelled my order re e-mail to GadgetBoost.
4/13/11 Pkg arrives from post office. I return the unopened pkg. and send a written demand letter to GadgetBoost to return my money, $34.93
5/15/11 I send a demand letter to Don Waller, Owner for $34.93.
6/09/11 To date no money and no response.
P.S. In early May, I went to the company's address in San Diego to return the cables. I found a single family house in an upscale community in the Hillcrest area. No one answered the door. The only response was the barking of 2 Pugs who occupy the house. Obviously this "company" is a one man operation. The owner is Don Waller who is listed on LinkedIn as a Solution Architect at ACXIOM in La Jolla, CA. Mr. Waller states on that web site that "At GadgetBoost.com our goal is to earn and keep the trust of our customers..."
