On Feb. 25, 2011, I ordered LCD Screen for my Canon Video Cam from Gadget Town.

On March, I received a mutilated package, without a packing slip, that included a product that I have no idea what it is.

On March 25, I emailed to find out when Gadget Town would ship my order.

Since then, I have replied to daily emails and jumped through hoops to prove the product they shipped was theirs. They even made a request for me to return ship their product at my expense. Can you imagine?

Gadget Town has not offered an apology. Nor shipped the order. Nor offered a refund.

It is sad that companies exist such as Gadget Town where the customer is treated like a thief and a liar. And where customer service is non-existent.

You are taking chances when you purchase from Gadget Town. I recommend that you find a more reputable company.

This company does not return emails the phone number is not valid as it just rings and then finally you get a busy signal. They sell things that they show in their eBay store they have in stock by several hundred but when I bought and paid for the one item, and then I get an email saying they will refund my payment immediately if I do not wish to wait. So I replied saying that I would like to get my payment refunded per their statement “immediately”. Well 24 hours later and several dozen calls and numerous emails later I still have no response. I would not recommend ANYONE buy or consider buying from this company. This is the worst customer response I have ever experienced. I will tell everyone I know about what and how wrong they have done me. Don't buy from them on eBay or their online store they are scammers.
