Gadish Properties, Inc. owned by Orit and David Gadish are one of the worst employers that have ever existed. On the day of hire, I was offered a set salary compensation with benefits however, after one week, they changed the salary system to hourly for all employees which was a 25 % pay cut. Then, gave the option of working until 8 PM, which is 2 hours overtime just to sum up the final pay to be as close as the one previously agreed to yet it still fell short. Benefits were not offered as well however, for 5 months, they said that they are in the process of obtaining benefits, which to my unfortunate surprise, on the 6th month, they informed us that they cannot afford benefits and will try again later.

They offensively yelled at me in front of the entire office over a misunderstanding where it was not my fault in any way. Then, they falsely accused me saying that I deliberately avoided my responsibilities. When I tried to tell them what really happened, they did not let me finish and told me to stop lying. They also yelled at me because I decided to take my usual 11:00 break a little earlier and took it at 10:15 instead and their reason was that it has only been an hour since I got to work. They also verbally abused my co-worker which almost had a dangerous outcome - she has a psychological condition which the Gadish's were aware however, deliberately said hurtful things without having any common courtesy to take her to a private room and embarrassed her in front of all the other employees and did not even consider the possible dangers that could have occurred since she has a medical condition (eventually, her doctor ordered her to leave Gadish Properties). Each employee was verbally attacked where even when I was not the one being yelled at, I still became uneasy and nervous because their offensive yelling distracted me and even caused anger when I saw one of the employees being treated completely unfairly. Also, even though I was being paid hourly, they forced me to stay until I was done with my work where I have once stayed until 10:30 PM. When I requested overtime pay for those hours, it was denied because I did not get a written authorization from them even though they were aware. I genuinely looked out for their company's best interest and was verbally abused and mentally stressed because they would not appreciate anything that I did and even put me down for not being even faster at completing my work - which I was one of the few employees handling three times the work load as other employees that was paid the same. I wanted to grow with a company and it is extremely important for me to become not only an asset but one of the most strongest assets to the company however, never in all my years have I been put down, falsely accused, under paid and unappreciated, and COMPLETELY taken for granted but on top of that, they acted as if they were doing ME a favor and told me that I should be thankful for their generosity. It was when I met Orit and David Gadish when I truly understood the meaning of BITCH.
