Dear Sir.
I am airtel mobile customer for last many years, considering that, i applied for airtel broadband service and fixed line new connection for my home, the sales executive, Mr. Jatin came from Thrikaya telecom Ludhiana, DSA of airtel, 0161-4625250. I signed my form on 31/12/2010 and gave him all the documents, today 10th jan 2011, till today i have no status of my connection, and for last 4 days i been calling Mr. Jatin, most of the time he is not taking my call or if i am chasing other people from airtel, i am getting a message today it will be installed which reply i am getting from last so many days. Airtel is not the only company providing broad band and fixed line, i can opt for other service provider also, but atleast some one from airtel should be answerable and give me a suitable reply, the reason of this delay, for sure i will not get this connection, and request airtel to improve their customer service and proper response should be given to customer.
Hope to get a proper reply now from Airtel.
