Gaiaonline.com gold sellers. They are apparently situated in China. Their prices are low for gold, 1m for 6USD. They needed a telephone for 'confirmation', although when I pushed the issue they didn't seem to require it anymore. I spent 3 days waiting and checking back on my purchase, but each time I was told "The supplier isn't online".
They ran me around in circles, making me do this and that on gaiaonline.com, creating shops, putting up items, phone numbers, waiting, checking email, waiting for boss, waiting for supplier, waiting for them. Their responses varied in time from 5 minutes to 15 mintues per SIMPLE reply, but when I threatened to revoke payment they seemed to respond quickly. It was the only way to make them respond, actually.
In the end I canceled payment because they decided to run me in the whole "Wait another couple of hours" routine that got me started on this 3day journey. It was easier to just find another site to buy it from.

Very unprofessional and obnoxious to try to get through to them. They don't seem to speak English well. Frustrating and I never received my gold. Went through a few different customer service girls, and the first one, Lulu, was also the last one, and seemed to remember me. She was quick to give me a refund WITHOUT ANY OF MY INFORMATION. Luckily it was actually me she sent it back to.

They were quick to send a refund though. AVOID PURCHASING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE TALKING TO PEOPLE WHO SPEAK CHINESE ON THE PHONE, AND ONLY IF YOU KNOW THE SUPPLIER IS ONLINE. Don't let them bullshit you into thinking you have to confirm on the telephone.
