SELLING LEMONS
I bought a 2005 Chevy Malibu from them in July of 2010. First of all, they disabled the check engine light becasue it kept coming on. I complained about that. Well, if the check engine light had worked I would have known that there were serious issues with the car. After having the car for 5 months, the transmission starting slipping, and I bought the warranty and I took it to the Chevy dealer, and the Chevy dearler had my car for a week. The warranty does not cover the transmission, and the mechanic told me that the car was a piece of garbage. He advised me that there were leaks all through the ngine, and that the engine was rusted. So I contacted Galarza, and spoke with The manager name Sean, and he was rude as ever, and he basically told me that I had to deal with it and that I had to pay for the repairs on the car. Then he hung up on me, and I called back and I told him, that he was rude and that you don't hang up on your customers. He hung up again and his receiptionist answer the call and stated that he was out to lunch, I told her that I had just talk to him, and she said that I sound like a Stupid Nigger, and she hung up on me. Sean called me back and stated to me that they were not going to fix my car, and that they sold me a garbage car, and that he did not care. Do not buy anything from them, they are a racist company. There cars are trash, and they don't stand behind there cars. There rating on The BBB is an F+, that says a lot about this company. The finance company is no better also, they are Credit Acceptance. I am going to show them how stupid that I am.
