Galaxy Cleaners in Agoura Hills, CA lost my $394.00 dress and tried to give me a different dress saying their computer "never makes mistakes!" Beware this dry cleaners! We had been going there many years with no problems. They basically said, "Too bad!" I brought my dress in and they filed info on their computer. Then upon picking up the dress and bringing it home, I noticed that the dress was strapless, which my dress wasn't! When i brought the erroneous dress in the next day. The owner kept shaking his head and saying "no, no, no!" He did not care about the loss of the dress, just that anyone would dare accuse him of losing an item!
