I DIDN"T GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO GET IN TO MY ACCOUNT!!!
I didn't give my verbal permission to withdrawl money from my Account and I want a Refund because I didn't give my permission at all and that just isn't right and If I have to get the Police in valved I will.

Cancel my subscription!
I also have been trying to call them. I keep getting all of our representatives are currently busy at this time. I have celled a total of 8 times since I have received their letter in the mail. Would someone please tell me how you are to get a hold of these scam artists. I would like my account to be canceled because I did subscribe for this.

Non cacellation!
I have tried to cancel for 6 months and gotten no response. They tell you to go online but how do you do that when you cant log in if you have no log in name and password... Fraud... Anyone knowing how we can get some action there has to be something legal that can be done... email me at [email protected] if you have any info... |

Changing terms and conditions without notification!
I am absolutely disgusted with Virgin media, the ADSL service in the evening has always been appalling due to non spending on equipment and over subscription. However I now found out that because I watched a couple of steamed videos off the net which meant I exceed a unknown limit of 5 Gig on a 2 meg line in one week, I find I have been capped for a whole following week with a speed that resembles dial up. Virgin media keep changing the rules and do not inform the customer, they are are not offering an unlimited service, far from it, and with a 2 meg line I hardly think I am abusing the bandwidth. I shall be leaving them post haste and advise other not to be drawn in by their false marketing sales pitches.!

Online scam!
On 2/5/08 $19.95 was deducted from my checking acct. for Galaxy Member Benefits. I did not join. The person on the phone played back their original call and at the end I said "I do not want it; cancel it out". But they charged me anyway. Also the guy on the original call talked so fast I could hardly understand him. I am a 76 yr. old woman and feel this is a scam.

Unauthorized charge!
I received mailing on January 14, 2008. On January 18, 2008 . I called to cancel. I was told that there would only be a $1.00 charge billed to me. Along with the $1.00 charge. I also had a charge of $29.90 on my Visa Statement. On January 21, 2008 i called customer service and got no satisfaction!
I want the $29.90 charge removed from my statement. I did respond within the 7 days requested!

charged on my credit card without permission
I was offered a promotion with this company, because I was a good customer with my visa card and promised that nothing would be charged to my card if I cancelled within 7 days. I have not even received anything from them and they have already charged hundreds of dollars off of my debit card. I want my money back, these charges to stop and this company to be prosecuted. This is a sham company and is disguisting to see that people can get away with this.

Didn't order but billed anyway!
First conversation on phone with salesman, I listened to him as couldn't get word in said they would send $250.00 in cash coupons for gas st no cost, other savings in many items, then got into 19.95 a month on card, then went right into another program for more money and I said No I'm not interested in any of it. No, No and I hung up. My card was billed anyway. Today when I called I spoke with a Brian and he played back my phone conversation and still wouldn't cancel and refund my card. Told me to cancel it on line and hung up. Haven't been able to cancel on line either.

Unable to reach company to decline their services!
This company is taking 19.95 out of my bank account every month and I can't reach them to decline their services and them to stop taking that money out.
