After reading all the terms and conditions of the psoriasis Text Rx program and enrolling via text, "...patient will not pay more than $45 total out of pocket for both products." is not being honored. I was floored to see the pharmacy charge me almost $300 for the 2 prescriptions. I was given this "rebate" by my dermatologist and told that it was a maximum of $45 for cash paying customers. Now they are trying to say the term & conditions have changed, but they never informed me or my Dr. They say it changed on their website, but I never had to go to their website to enroll, it was done via text. Very misleading if it is legal and bad business practice to trick patients.
