I recently purchased some land in Luling, Tx. Before doing so i asked a "supposedly qualified agent", Christina and Kevin Stevens for advice. If you have ever conversed with them then you know they lack professionalism. I bought the land despite their unprofessional opinion. I only asked them out of convenience because they were my customers at our gym, Cantu Martial Arts & Fitness.

Now Kevin continues to hide behind a keyboard send me profane email and write false statements and nasty reviews trying to defame my character and my business. When in fact what happened: He and his wife signed a 12 month contract with a 3rd party to draft their payments to us. They paid 10 months and then had hard times, according to wife's conversation with me and emails, and then did not pay. AAC reports their payments and non payments to credit bureaus. He never had a problem with our classes until he became unglued i guess. If you want to deal with this kind of behavior from a real estate professional go some where else. I dont recommend galveston4sale.

Real Estate industry should be embarassed.
