ATTENTION!
Do not ever buy video games at this store! This store is horrible. They're the worst video game store I have ever experienced. They have poor customer service and a racist manager. I've already contacted the corporate office and they did nothing to fix the complaint. I came in one day and asked if I can buy a Wii system. I asked if they have it. Then they told me they can't sell it unless I buy a damn service contract. The guys name is Josh Cordero. The little guy was shorter than me and said he cannot sell it to me because he has it on hold for somebody unless I buy the service contract. I thought that was absurd. Then I had my son play the ds lite demo they had and when I walked away. The manager called me a stingy Indian mf and said this is not a meat market. My son only 7 year old hear that and ran to me and said Daddy, the man cursed behind your back and said something mean. I was like what? Then I called corporate office and spoke to some lady. This happened last month by the way and all she could do is apologize and give me a $20 gift card? I was like omg! I was also mad and wanted to know why wasn't this manager fired for being racist because I filed a complaint and he was still there. From there on. I never bought anything from that store. You guys are better yet if you're in maryland to go to a Gamestop or EB store. You can find non racist little punks like him.
