Something is fishy about this site. I found the product on this website most enticing so I placed an order for it. At the bottom of this site, it states "Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery." I placed the order July 15, 2008 and it is August 18 and I still have yet to recieve the product I already purchased. The payment was made through paypal.

What's wierd about this site is the "Contact" part of this page. There is no actual email address that you can see. You seem to make a Question/Comment/Message to the website through portal. There is no phone number, no address, nothing! You can only use this portal which for some strange reason delivers a return email to my MS Outlook stating:

I just recieved an update from the Better Business Bureau. They said, "I have not yet been able to find an address for the company you mentioned in your email. I looked up their domain information and they are using a company that protects the registered domain info such as the owner’s name, an address, fax, phone, email etc… I have contacted the domain provider and asked if they would release the information to me so that we can clear up your complaint. I am waiting on a response from them and we will go from there."

I'll let you all know what happens from here. Paypal said that I can file a dispute claim and get my money back but I want my CD @#^& it, not the cash. I'll take it back though if thats what it comes down to though.

btw... Better Business Bureau is really really awesome. I have used them once before on a claim between me and CapitalOne. They totally had me covered. I need to send my local BBB office a christmas card this holiday season.
