I was very skeptical about using this service, but I decided to give it a try. It said 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Everything seemed for the first couple days, I used this service to powerlevel my character after the first couple days I noticed that it started taking them longer to level my character. I asked them to log in once, and showed that my character was dying quite frequently. So I contacted their customer support and confronted them about using a 'bot' as their service states they use 2-3 individuals 24hrs a day on the character. They said no, they use actual individuals. So I waited another day or so and logged back on, realized that all my gold was used, and an item I spent quite a bit on was gone. I was furious, tried to have a conversation with them and would take 15-20 minutes to respond with a small short answer that never really kepy my anger subdued. They promised to compensate me for my missing gold and item. With the service they also said all levels up to the requested level would be completed and looking into my quest log NONE were done by the time my character hit 40. I decided right then and there to log on, change my password and leave it as is. Unfortunately whilst I was changing my password they looted all the gold from my accnt and transferred it leaving me high and dry. The best I was able to do was contact my credit card company asking for a refund but even they seemed to not believe me or even understand anything I was saying.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. There is a very logical reason why their are no comments from previous customers staying their satisfaction or disatisfaction in regards to this company! They do not provide the services that they lead you on with!
