The company was very rude with responses to this issue. I had ordered a Video Game from this Company through Amazon.com. The order was
placed with other items. Since you can order several different items from amazon from
different companies. When I had placed this order, a Physical Address was entered to
send the item to. After finally receiving a Tracking number, I tracked the item. It was at
that time that I realized that I would not ever receive the item since it was ship via UPS
Mail Innovations and was being sent to my Physical address instead of my PO Box. When
using UPS Mail Innovations, you can only ship to a PO Box and since I don't receive mail
at my Physical address, I wrote to the company explaining the situation. They said that
they when they received the item back that they would ship it to the PO Box. However,
several weeks later, the item arrived at the Post Office, and since I live in a small town
the employees at the Post Office were able to call me to tell me that they had received
the item and if I wanted to they would hold it for me for Pick up instead of returning. That
was fine. I had left feedback for the company, that stated that the service that I had
received. The company customer service, I felt was very rude and they told me that they
would refund my shipping charges if I would REMOVE the negative feedback that I had
left. I explained that I would REMOVE the feedback but that I improve the rating that I
had given. Their response was that the shipping charges would only be refunded if the
feedback was removed...I feel that other customers should know the difficult experience
that I have had with this company.
