Scam
Gamers Factory received my trade-in order over a month ago and I have not received payment. They have ignored my repeated attempts at contacting them via email and even via eBay. This company is 100% fraudulent.

Dishonest advertisement
gamers_factory ( 55240) is a power seller on e-bay which is one reason I saw no reason to worry about doing business with them. My husband who is not a fan of the internet world, finally agreed to take a look at ebay and made a bid on a New game for the XBOX 360. After paying, about a week later he was excited to receive his game to try it out. Call of Juarez was the name of the game he bought and opening the package he found he had received a USED game that looked very cheesy about Space aliens invading for PS2, which is a pretty outdated gaming system compared to what is "in" these days.
I had to listen to my husband tell me how he shouldn't have listened to me when I told him it was fine to use ebay and I immediately contacted the seller to tell them of the mistake and was told send them back the game and if my claims were true they would ship a corrected order out. They also told me that each shipment had photo backup. This sounded off already to me but my husband was not about to spend another penny on what he calls a scam. I quite agree but sent a response back to the seller asking why they would expect me to pay for shipping and, if their shipments were photographed why would they need me to ship FIRST before acknowledging a problem. The messages went back and forth and as I corresponded I read the sellers comments on ebay. All the negative feedback seemed to sound very similar to what I was experiencing and there seemed to be no issues of a shipment mistake ever being rectified. The seller would also comment on every negative feedback with phrases like "LIAR!" and other juvenille responses with, what I assume, he felt were explanations to buyers complaints. It is clear to me is a bad seller and I am working through ebay/paypal to try and reverse the funds that were sent to him.

Sells faulty software!
This is an Ebay power seller that resales opened, returned (faulty) video games to unsuspecting Ebay customers. They are a clearing house for retailers that get store returns due to defective merchandise. They only accept Paypal and they only give a replacement, which in my case (and I imagine most cases) is another faulty software title. Most customers leave them feedback right away after using the game lightly. They probably should spend more time with the game before doing so. In my case, the first game's fault I honed in on right away. The replacement game's fault took a little longer but is definitely there.
I posted negative feedback, but they also have an Ebay store so I wanted to make sure I got this out there also.
