On November 30, 2009, a class action complaint was filed against the Company in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, Case No. CV 09-8764 JFW (AGRx). The complaint alleges that Oberon Media engaged in unfair, unlawful and fraudulent business practices with respect to the GameSaver Subscription by, among others, charging consumers for subscription that they did not order, charging unauthorized charges on their credit cards, double billing for games, and making it impossible to cancel the subscription without paying an illegal penalty.

i am having money taken out of my account and i dont know what for 37.89 on the 5th december 2009 and could you please cancell whatever it is for as i dont know what i am paying for kind regards

I brought one game for a freind from ninemsn games, and now have a monthly fee coming out of my account every month. I did not authorise this and would like a refund and the end of the subscription, without a cancelation fee, as I never wanted to subscribe. This is unlawful and if it continues to happen, I will go to court.

I have a charge on my credit card from GameSaver Subscription Internet CY for $9.95. Where did it come from and how to I get rid of it?

I bought a game and now I keep getting charges on my card for $9.95+taxes($10.83 total). I cannot find a way to cancel, or contact these people. They need to cancel the subscription.
