Complaint: The product which I contracted from a seller (****** ****** CEO) is an online item of the games of EverQuest (in the parent company SOE).I made a contract to receive Augment (item having a rise effect with the ability of a character playing a game) from a seller.The seller said that the item did not have any problem.I thought that SOE (parent company) accepted the item which did not have any problem.I signed on 5/21/2014 first.The contract was a promise to send three Aug (Ac, HP, Dmg) of EverQuest within two weeks (828 dollars).I waited for two weeks. However, there is not delivery and the communication does not come again, too.I complained to a seller in Live Chat.The seller was that time needed the delivery of the item more for 2-4 weeks.However, the seller said that a seller would deliver all it in a lump during a few days if I ordered an additional item.I believed the words and made an additional order of Aug five of EverQuest. (520 dollars) (6/11/2014), however, there was not the delivery, and the communication did not come, too.I talked with Pay PAL of the part of intermediation, but do not get along well.I doubted the existence of the item.
