I am Mani from Vellore. I am writing this letter with great upset and disappointment. I purchased a new Maruti Swift diesel VDI model from Ganesh motors, Vellore. After a month, i met with an accident when i was traveling from bangalore to vellore. So, my car's front portion got damaged in that. I left the car in the company for repairing. Nearly after two months i got the car back last week. When i did a test drive on highways, i found out that when the car's speed reaches a speed of 100, suddenly a warning signal lamp comes on and then goes off. Also after that, the car's speed is decreased gradually even when i apply full acceleration and the AC also goes down.
I really got confused and went back to the company and told them to rectify the problem and give me. But, the most worser part is that even
the company people and mainly the Service manager didn't know the actual cause for that. They could not fix this problem. When i went and asked them,they gave me some irrelevant and irresponsible answers. They told me that they couldn't find out why it is happening like that and they are telling me to wait for sometime. Swift diesel is the new variant that has come in to the market and it is fully digitalized. My doubt is that i am thinking why this people have given some training on that before any new car comes into the company??? I am greatly depressed regarding this issue and now couldn't enjoy my ride in my vehicle. If the car dealers and the service stations do not have any proper solution for the customers queries, then why they have to be there in the market and prove themselves to be perfect??? I don't know what
will happen in the future if the same problem occurs in some other Swift diesel??? Swift diesel variant is an on-growing famous car in the market at present and if there is no proper service for that vehicle, then it will lead to great problem both on the Customer side and on the dealer side.
