The criminals are winning. 97.1 FM’s Jamie Allman interviewed Vianni Dickey a former GAP store employee. Vianni was fired after she pursued two shoplifters and recovered stolen merchandize. The store rewarded her with a suspension and later fired her. She did Loss Prevention's Job and because she did was he did not, Loss Prevention Team had her fired. Just one question where was Josh when all of this went down? Sounds like if LP was doing his job then Vianni wouldnt need to do so! Perhaps this was racially motivtated?
