Took the money, did not send product

Garage door supply took my check and order for garage door rollers but did not send the product. When I contacted them before ordering, they responded quickly. After I sent the check, I have not heard from them nor had a response to any of my emails. The phone number on the web site goes unanswered.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEB SITE. IT IS A SCAM!!!

Charged but never received item

I ordered supplies from this company. I never received my items even though my credit card was charged. My credit card is allowing me to dispute the charges.

I have emailed Garage Door Supply directly, through their website as well as called them but their phone appears to be disconnected number. My credit card company also tried to contact them to no avail.

Do not order from this company, they are freudulent.
