i ordered a spring for my garage door in october of 2008 and waited for 3 weeks and recieved no spring so i tryed to contact them at garagedoorsupply.com and never even got an answer or a response of any kind. ohh yea ricardo aquino took my money out of my checking account within 3 days of my order, it is now june of 2009 and still no call or no spring. ive made multiple drives to his house which looks abandon all to no avail. so now im goin to contact an attorney and spend more money to sue him, i know it is not money wise because it will cost me more to hold him accountable but ive been ignored and waited patiently for a response from him. so now i will do what i should have done months ago and really dont care how much more it costs me at this point. its what he deserves and what is right! and i did report him to everyone that i can and still waiting to hear from them. attorney general of new jersey is either not interested in helping the little man or is just very very slow,
