I emailed garage-toys.com with questions about some of their products. I received no response. I eventually emailed them two more times. These emails were over the period of a month. No response. When I threatened to file a complaint, I got a response. I was directed to the manufacturer with my question. Actually I had already tried them, and they, like garage-toys.com, had not responded. My questions were reasonable ones. One more email to garage-toys.com failed to turn up the relevant information. They could have asked whoever they buy the products from but did not.
Expecting a mail-order company to answer its emails is reasonable, but far from a given at garage-toys.com. Something is wrong here.
