On April 23rd they came buy and took away our trash can, s and recycle bin My wife called and asked why did you pick up our trash cans we are not late or over due on payment so there is no reason why you should have picked them up and they said we do not know so from April 23rd till now we have called almost every day asking why they took them same answer do not know so we asked when they were going to bring them back they told us it would be Monday or Tuesday the April 27Th or 28Th never got them so called again and asked then they said Thursday the 30Th never happened called and talk to a supervisor her name was Linda she told me they would be here Monday or Tuesday of the following week never happened and still no answer to why they took them away in the first place called again talked to Linda and she said the would be Monday or Tuesday of the following week still no cans and no explanation why so called again and she said it would not be till Thursday the May 7 Th in the mean time we have had to find other ways of getting rid of our trash but yet they are still going to bill us for the whole month of May for something they did not take care of that they should have and still all they could say was sorry but if you are one day late on your payment they are calling you right away but when they take away your trash cans for no reason and do not return them for 2-3 weeks its OK so we should not get billed for three weeks of service that we did not get
