I purchased the Garden Canopy on March 22, 2010 to get a heads
up on summer purchases. I paid $219.00 I did not open the box until the 2nd week of June, they had a 30 day warranty, and I should of opened it sooner but I had trust that this was a repitable company. I chose this particular canopy because it was so beautiful and this was for my grandchild 4th July birthday party, but after it rained for 3 days the tent puddled in all 4 corners there was no tention to make the water slide off, and the framework just crumbled, now I ususally by $79.00 tents, this was a step up for me, so I wanted to have a graceful & charming tent for my party. I was so dissapointed with
this tent I just don't know what to do. Is this the way large corporate
companies treat the little people who patronize their products. Tried
calling Ace Canopy and was put on hold for 20 min. with no call back, I even faxed a letter of my dissapointment in their product.
I need some resolution, because this is not fair to me, they just take
your money and no matter how good or bad their product was, its your problem, all I want is my mony back! I am not computer savvy,
but if you need pictures of the crumpled up frame its still in our yard.
Angry and not pleased with this product. What can I do?
