We stayed at the Garden Court South Beach the past weekend, we were there for a business expo at the ICC. After our first night on Thursday I phoned Friday morning to ask if it's possible to maybe change our beds mattress there was a huge hole in the middle, with me being pregnant it was really uncomfortable sleeping on that bed, I was assured that it would be changed. Which was not the case.

On Saturday evening after a long day on our feet we came back to the hotel just to notice a pair of pajama pants similar to mine lying in the hallway of floor 10, I went into our room to check if mine was still there and no, go out in the hall and there it was my white pajama pants with my underwear lying in the hallway. Obviously housekeeping accidentally took my pants with their linen, and realised it too late but was it nessacary to leave it in the hallway for everybody to inspect?

When checking out on Monday morning there was no one at the reception desk who could take my complaint, and after searching for a number to phone I could not find anything on the internet.
