I would like to post a complaint about Garden Faires Trading Co. In mid May I ordered 3 patterns for christening outfits for my son. I paid with Amex. I noticed the charge went through to Amex but no patterns. As the christening approached still no patterns. Finally I went to a local fabric store and bought patterns and we cancelled the order through Amex. After we cancelled the order the patterns appeared at my husbands business post marked AFTER the date we cancelled the order. I was unaware my husband had received them just days before I received an e-mail from them demanding the packages be returned. When I replied to the e-mail stating we hadn't received them, the owner Beth-Katherine Kaiman e-mailed me back and accused me of " lying and keeping the patterns" we have of course sent them back. I strongly recommend avoiding this site and company they were impossible to get a hold of until there was a problem. This woman obviously has no idea how to run a business.
