Placed an order followed by another order a week later, following good deal in email. Claims to be 7-14 day delivery but after 24 days nothing had arrived. I emailed four times but got no reply at all. I then received email from someone at company to say one of items ordered was no longer available - this gave me a real name to contact! Two emails later i finally got an answer to the question "When will my order arrive?". She told me it would arrive at the start of the following week. One bit out of four arrived. I emailed the company to say i wished all outstanding orders to be cancelled as they had not fulfilled their part of the deal and were unable to reply to emails. No answer but one more part of the order arrived, making it 2 outstanding items - a clock and solar lights, so there is no room to say the order is seasonal. To date i still am unable to get them to respond, despite sending a further email to say i will leave bad feedback wherever i can. The order is not canceled and it is not arriving. Steer clear!

This is the most frustrating company to deal with - the telephone customer service is polite but ineffectual, any emails sent receive an automated response but no actual reply.Even tried sending direct to their managing director quoting their own guarantee which he puts his name to - still no response. Only received half of order which was paid for back in May and nothing which I have been advised would be done, has happened. My advice to anybody planning to use this company is don't - the site looks great, their adverts are in reputable newspapers and this may lead to them appearing to be a reputable company themselves - they are not. Save yourself the time and the money and shop elsewhere - their prices may appear good but that means nothing if you don't actually receive the goods or the goods are substandard.
