I purchased a new Garry Vaccum approx one year ago and on 11/7/10, the vaccum began making some strange noises like something had broken inside of it. So I took the hose off and pieces of plastic fell out and some were so large they would not fall through the opening. So I called Garry and talked with an agent about the broken vaccum and he said they would ship another out to me and it would cost $50.00 for the shipping, via USPS, and that I had to ship the old one back to them at my expense and if I did not ship it back they would put a charge on the credit card of $150.00. Now after that was said and done, he told me that the unit they would ship was not a new one, but a used one.

OK, now he tells me that they have a special on that I could purchase a new one, for $150.00 which would include shipping. So I told him that I would have to think about it and he told me that that offer may change if I call back. Boy, what a bunch of crooks.

DO NOT PURCHASE A GARRY VACCUM...IT WILL COST YOU MORE THAN TO PURCHASE GOOD VACCUM FROM SEARS OR COSTCO THAT STANDS BEHIND THE PRODUCTS.
