Upon the return of your vacum I was charged 150.00 when I called to see why I was told that it took me too long to return the broken unit. It matters not how long it took to return the unit but I feel it was inappropriate for your company to charge after the fact. And is this is your policy I should have been charged earlier not upon return of the product. This is poor customer service to day the least. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges as I feel you cannot charge someone twice for a unit that isnt worth didly to begin with. You wouldnt have gotten me but my husband called himself doing something nice for me when he purchased it to begin with. Had I known what I know today about the quality of the product I would have made him send it back immediately! Look forward to hearing from you and I am prepared to take you through whatever changes I must to get your company to return my money!!!
