Never been so disgusted with the customer service representatives. Poor attitudes and not willing to be that helpful at all. Wish I had seen some of these complaints before purchasing. Everytime you call it costs you money for this and then that. Had the vacumn less than a year and it is broken. Told me for 50 they would send me another one. Sounds like you will constantly be sending them money for one reason or another. Rude people to have to work with. Been waiting for an answer to an email and it has never come. And they think that I would reccommend to anyone. Wanted to find out how to get my money back but sounds like that is gonna be impossible. Hope other people do not get ripped off from this company. The way they advertise you would think this product is wonderful. Pure false advertising thats for sure.

Vacumn does not perform like advertised on T.V., did not pick up pet hair at all off my carpet.

I watched the garry Vac program on 12/5/09, it looked very impressive, so I ordered 1 that day. I was looking for a lighter vacumn to purchase. i currenty own a Kirby, which is getting to heavy for me. I recieved my new vacumn on 12/12/09 and tried it out. to my dissappointment it did not pick up the pet hair, not even by going bfack and forth. Pet hair is a big issue for me and since it won't pick up like advertised I do not want to keep the vacumn. I called to return it and was told I would not be refunded the 49.99 shipping and handling and I would have to pay to ship it back and non-refundable, and also the vacumn bags that I paid $9.99 for I would not be refunded, so I feel this is a total rip off when I would not be refunded for trying this vacumn out when it is to be satisfaction guarenteed. why should I have to pay in shipping and handling charges all together $90.00 to try out a new vacumn for 1 day?
