This man misrepresents himself as an 'expert' in family relationships post-divorce. He lists 'RSW' in his associations. He acts against the rules and regulations of the Ontario College of Social Workers. He calls himself an arbitrator. He uses his self-inflated sense of importance to bully and abuse hapless parents at their weakest emotional state. Some of his 'arbitrations' happen when one or both parties are in hospital, disqualified for medical reasons. Some of his 'arbitrations' occur when one or both parties are out of the country. He abuses some of the basic tenets of human rights. Avoid dealing with this person at all costs. He will deliberately cause pain and hardship with intent to harm.
