I purchased a Tata Indigo Manza Aura thorough CSD from Garyson Motors Pvt Ltd, Ludhiana on 08 Feb 10 and ever since then I am regretting my decision for purchasing a Tata vehicle.

I made the entire payment to CSD Depot Jalandhar on 07 Jan 10 via Purchase Order Sr No. 120199 and submitted the same to Garyson Motors on the same day. I was told the representative there that it would take one to two weeks for the delivery. Despite repeated calls and visits I was offered a car on 06 Feb 10, which I took over on 08 Feb 10 (One month of delay). Now on 06 Feb 10 the car I was offered was a 2009 Model instead of 2010 model which I was suppose to get as I booked my car in Jan 2010 and as informed by M/S Garyson. Here I was told that if I need a 2010 Model I have to wait for another one month because it is not available on production line!!! To obviate further delays I choose to take the older model. I was informed that sale certificate and other necessary documents would be delivered to me with in few days.

I was also offered certain accessories as a company discount and would be provided in due time, except the remote central locking I was given none. Today as on 21 Apr 10 its been more than a month and my Temporary Registration (valid only for a month) has lapsed am yet to receive sale documents. I have visited the showroom several times and called representatives on numerous occasions but no avail. Sales head at Garyson Motors is still not sure as to when I can get my sale certificate and allied documents so that I can get my Car registered and use it on road.
