i came accross to a very unfriendly and unprofessinal o reillys ppl. i ordered a dam gasket, wich they told me was suppose to arrive 2 days after. i came to the store for them to tell me ma part has not arrived. so i called a dif. store and they gave me all the information about ma part wich the store i ordered did not want me to know..ma part was in stock i had a stock number and when i called and told them to look for da gasket the dam mnrg said to me the easiest way to solve it is to order a new one.. it was so upsetting that this person didnt even want to go look for it or even call his employee about the issue...this is da most unprofessinal person ive met in in buisness ive came accross with...i work in telemarketing and hotel buisness so i really know the meaning of good customer service... these guys are a bunch of morons ...this is embarrising way to be represented as o reillys buisness to customers, where the hell is the great customer sat. ... not only did i not get ma part, but i felt as if i was a joke to them since its not them in demand of the product.. i had to spend xtra money on mechanic coming out of town for him no to do anything cause of the Oreillys part that Orellys guaranteed me for this day was not even here...
