Do not order from gatelys they will take your money and deliver nothing .i have ordered on sept. 9 2007 still no merchandise a month later from gatelys family of stores home fitness club i have received nothing and there phones dont work no email response from them this company is a terrible dont be suckered by there prices being a little better than everyone elses if you are shopping for better prices there are no good deals if you dont receive the merchandise. Im out 400.00 dollars so make sure you check out companys before ordering on the internet or be prepared to get shafted out of your money this company is being aloud to advertise on local news stations websites all over the usa i wonder how many people are being scammed everyday gatelys is the worst company i have ever dealt with dont order from them unless you want to give away your money go to the store and buy it dont trust gatelys you will be disappointed as i am there are numerous cases of this company not delivering the merchandise and not responding back to customers i dont want the product now if i have any problems with it im sure i would never be able to get any type of support from this company so refund my money [gatelys] family of stores you people at gatelys should be ashamed of yourselves for doing consumers like this i have reported them to the bbb.org, and my local news channel that they are advertising on there website someone needs to take action against gatelys so if you have been scammed please put it up on the complaint boards all over about gatelys.
